One of the two men charged with the murder of a New Age traveller, Mr Elliot Robertson (24), at Bohey, Dromahair, Co Leitrim, last week, has been released on bail.
Mr Andrew Roche (32), of Drumlease, Dromahair, was released on his own bail of £100 and an independent surety of £10,000, subject to conditions laid down by the High Court on Monday. He was appearing yesterday at Manorhamilton District Court.
The second man charged with the murder, Mr Mark Francis Barber (28), of Bohey, Dromahair, was remanded in custody by Judge Oliver McGuinness to Castlerea prison.
Both men will appear again at Sligo District Court on October 22nd.
