Bail was revoked yesterday in the case of a young Limerick man charged with murder.
Judge Michael Reilly was told in Limerick District Court that Mr William Roche (20), single, with an address at Millstream, Killaloe, and a native of St Mary's Park, Limerick, broke a bail condition.
Garda Ronan McDonagh, Henry Street, gave evidence of seeing the defendant out after his curfew. He is charged with the murder of Mr John Carroll (22), single, Cappamore, Co Limerick, at Gurraun, Ballinahinch, Newport, Co Tipperary, on December 4th 1998, contrary to common law.
The defendant, who was granted bail with conditions last month, was remanded in custody until February 9th.
