A book cataloguing the best of music from Ireland over the past 50 years was launched in Dublin last night.
101 Irish Records You Must Hear Before You Die, by music journalist and Irish Timescontributor Tony Clayton-Lea, charts the greats of the Irish music scene from Seán Ó Riada to Rory Gallagher, the Golden Horde to Lisa Hannigan and the Yeh Deadlies.
Published by Liberties Press, the book was launched by broadcaster Tom Dunne at the Workman’s Club.
