A body found off the coast of Co Down today may be that of a missing schoolboy.
The body was located by a local search team at 11.15 a.m. on the shore near Killough harbour. Jordan Murdoch (14) was swept into the sea from the pier last month.
Even though a major cross-border air and sea rescue operation failed to locate the youngster villagers in Killough refused to give up the hunt. Hundreds of local volunteers have been combing the shoreline for any trace of the teenager since the accident happened.
Jordan's friend David Hackett survived the incident. The boys were playing on a pier when waves lashing the coastal village pulled Jordan in.
