A murder inquiry is under way after a man’s body was found in an alleyway in South Belfast last night.
The man, believed to be in his forties, died as a result of serious head injuries.
The RUC said this evening it had identified the man but it was not releasing his name until relatives had been contacted.
His body was found at around 10 p.m. at the back of a house on Eglintine avenue.
