TWO BOLIVIAN opposition deputies looking into the Dwyer case have travelled to Ireland in an effort to meet Irish officials, the Dwyer family and the State pathologist.
Prof Marie Cassidy’s autopsy on Dwyer contradicted the findings of the one conducted in Bolivia, saying he had a single bullet wound to the heart.
The Bolivian autopsy said he was hit with six bullet wounds.
While they were out of Bolivia arrest warrents were issued for both deputies for failing to attend questioning by a public prosecutor over their allegations that police officers tampered with evidence at the hotel where Dwyer was killed.
