A boy of 15 was stabbed to death in a street attack in London last night.
The boy, who has not been named, collapsed on the pavement in front of passers-by only a few hundred yards from West Ham's football stadium.
His murder comes just three days after 16-year-old Kodjo Yenga was stabbed to death while walking with his girlfriend on the other side of the capital in Hammersmith.
The latest victim, like Kodjo, is black.
Police are searching for two youths seen near the murder scene at the junction of Boundary Road and Kingsland Road in Newham. The victim was found at around 9.30pm on the pavement with blood pouring from a wound in his leg. He also had another stab wound, said police. An ambulance took him to Newham General Hospital where he died just before 11pm.
The two fatal stabbings this week are the latest in a series of violent incidents involving teenagers in Britain in recent months.
In London last month three teenagers were shot in less than a fortnight, and there has been a series of teenage stabbings across the country in the last few weeks.
