Police in Co Armagh have appealed for witnesses following the death of a young boy on a road last night.
The boy (7) was pronounced dead on arrival at hospital after being hit by a car on the Portadown Road in Lurgan at about 6 p.m.
A police spokesman denied earlier reports the incident was a hit-and-run.
