Boy serious and two hurt in London shooting

Police say the boy suffered wounds to his head and neck. He has been transferred to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

A 15-year-old boy is in a serious condition in a British hospital after being shot in High Wycombe on the outskirts of London.

Police say the boy suffered wounds to his head and neck. He has been transferred to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

Two other men, both aged 21, were also shot but their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

A Thames Valley Police spokesman said officers were called to Kitchener Road in High Wycombe shortly before 6 a.m. following a report three people had been shot.

They were taken to Wycombe Hospital by a member of the public. Officers have secured the scene and an investigation is under way.
