I wrote some weeks back about the introduction of Manoucher Etminan's breads, which were being imported by Kim Condon of Rathgar, Dublin 6.
Sampling them over the past few weeks, the high quality of the breads has been most impressive, and their subtle flavours most enjoyable. They defrost quickly from the freezer, and having a tranche of them is a godsend.
But the one we enjoyed the most was the Fokacio Romana, a thin, wafer-like bread which is perfect for mopping up the plate, and also good lightly warmed and sliced then filled with good things.
