Aden - Five Britons accused of plotting a terror campaign in Yemen are set to appear in court again today after the case was adjourned amid a row over media coverage.
Families of the five men said last night they were determined to continue to speak out on their behalf, although they have been urged to temper their comments to the press.
During the hearing on Saturday, the second day of the trial, the prosecutor, Mr Saeed al Aakel, called on the judge to issue an order stopping coverage of proceedings, saying some media had published "inaccurate and false reports" which could affect the course of justice. Security sources in Yemen say the men have already admitted acts of insurgency - but the Britons say their confessions were false and were only made after they were tortured.
