The Bus Éireann 2003/2004 timetable was finally made available from yesterday at travel centres and local bus offices.
The timetable, which is effective until May 15th 2004, was initially supposed to have been published in May. When contacted by The Irish Times last Thursday, Bus Éireann's press office said the timetable would be available from Saturday 2nd August.
The spokesman said, however, that bus customers, including tourists, tended to use "a limited range of key routes".
The full national timetable book, containing information about all services including Expressway, commuter, rural and city routes, will cost €6, and a smaller booklet priced at €3 will feature only Expressway services.
