Hooded Ryan Florence (17), was pictured making the shooting action with his hand behind Cameron's back in Manchester while the politician toured a crime-ridden estate before speaking out about gun culture among Britain's youths.

In media interviews afterwards, Mr Florence was quoted talking his involvement with a local gang.

"Police investigating a news broadcast in which a group of young people were shown with weapons and made reference to the use of illegal drugs have charged a 17-year-old boy," Greater Manchester Police said.
