The removal of the body of Mr Noel Carroll (57), chief executive of Dublin Chamber of Commerce and former spokesman for Dublin Corporation, takes place in south Dublin today. Mr Carroll died suddenly on Friday, apparently after a heart attack while jogging.
His remains will be taken from his home in Loughlinstown to St Anne's Church, Shankill, arriving at 6 p.m. The funeral will take place to Shanganagh Cemetery tomorrow after 11 a.m. Mass.
The removal of the body of Dr T.J. (Tim) O'Driscoll (90), the distinguished public servant, will also take place today.
His remains will be taken from Fanagan's Funeral Home, Aungier Street, Dublin, at 5.30 p.m. to the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham. The funeral tomorrow will be to Kilmashogue Cemetery, Edmondstown Road, Rathfarnham, after 11 a.m. Mass.
