The jury has been discharged in the trial of Lithuanian man accused of murdering a man on Christmas night in Tipperary.
Egidijus Kiaulakis (31), who was remanded on bail, walked from the Central Criminal Court with his wife. The father of one will be tried again before a different jury at a later date.
Mr Kiaulakis, Coille Bheithe, Nenagh, had denied murdering Gintaras Brazauskas (29) on December 26th, 2008.
Mr Kiaulakis had been at a Christmas party at a flat in Nenagh town with three Lithuanian couples. The victim was stabbed in the neck.
