The several hundred people from north inner-city Dublin who fought in the 1916 Easter Rising will be remembered in a special ceremony at Jim Larkin's statue in O'Connell's Street at 3 p.m. today. the Dublin Central TD, Mr Tony Gregory (Ind), will present a framed roll of honour to Mr Dermot Ring, son of one of five brothers who fought at the GPO. Produced by the North Inner City Folklore Project, the roll of honour features the names and addresses of local members of the Irish Volunteers and the Irish Citizens' Army.
