Prague - The Czech President, Mr Vaclav Havel, said yesterday the affair surrounding allegations that Vienna's former mayor, Mr Helmut Zilk, had worked for communist Czechoslovak secret services in the 1950s and 1960s was a "baited trap".
Mr Zilk denies being paid 66,000 Austrian schillings by the Czech secret police for information that led to the arrest of several dissidents when he was a journalist in the country in the 1950s and 1960s.
