Washington - President Clinton warned yesterday that Iran's test of a medium-range missile capable of striking Israel could destabilise the region. "Obviously if they were to develop an intermediate-range missile it could change the regional stability dynamics in the Middle East," Mr Clinton told reporters.
Earlier, the White House confirmed a US spy satellite had detected the launch on Wednesday of a Shahab-3 missile, which the spokesman, Mr Michael McCurry, said was like an 800-mile range North Korean missile.
