The closing date for entries to the Golden Spider Irish Internet Awards 2002 has been extended to 5 pm on Wednesday, August 7th.
The awards organisers, dot.iemagazine, and sponsors, Esat BT, have also announced that this year's awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 12th in The Burlington Hotel.
The independent judging panel, chaired by Irish Internet Association chairman Mr John Pierce, convened this week to initiate the judging process in all 19 categories.
