Athens - The chief executive of Club Mediterranee in Greece was charged yesterday with "voluntary manslaughter with possible premeditation" over the death of a seven-year-old French boy in a swimming pool in one of its holiday resorts.
Mr Olivier Bergeret was the third executive of the chain to be charged over the death of Axel Blin, who suffered massive internal injuries after being sucked into the filtering system of the children's pool at its Athenia Village on August 18.
