Phnom Penh - Cambodia's rival political leaders concluded a complex coalition government agreement yesterday, ending more than three months of stalemate over the outcome of a disputed July general election.
King Norodom Sihanouk, who presided over the talks between the Prime Minister, Mr Hun Sen, and the opposition leader, Prince Norodom Ranariddh, hailed the deal as an end to his country's crisis. But political analysts said there were challenges ahead.
A joint statement said the leaders had agreed to amend the constitution and create an upper house of parliament as part of the deal.
