The condition of the cyclist attacked on Dublin's Grafton Street earlier this month is said to be much improved today.
Mr Barry Duggan (30) He remains in a stable condition at St James's Hospital in Dublin.
He was attacked early on the Sunday morning of April 13th. At the time of the attack gardaí said Mr Duggan was suffering from "life-threatening head injuries".
Mr Duggan, from Drumcliffe, Co Sligo, who lives in Rathmines, was attacked when he appeared to lose his balance wheeling his bike on Grafton Street.
He was dragged into the nearby Lemon Street where he was kicked and beaten unconscious. Part of the assault was captured on CCTV from a nearby shop.
Three men were questioned in relation to the attack, and a file was sent to the DPP.
