Don't buy an item if you consider it too costly. And tell the shopkeeper your reason for going elsewhere. They'll soon get the message. The same with poor service - tell them you're not satisfied. Most reasonable business people will listen if your complaint is justified. Those who don't listen to you are not worth patronising in the first place. - Roge
