Cork City went through to the semi-final of the League Cup with a decisive win over Waterford United at Turner's Cross this evening.
Second half goals from Robert Hedderman in the 56th minute and John O'Flynn in the 90th were enough to see the Leesiders through to the semi-final.
Meanwhile, extra time is in progress at Flancare Park, where Longford were level at 1-1 with Bohemians after 90 minutes, in the second quarter final. Paddy Mulvihill opened the scoring for the Midlanders on 12 minutes, with Robert Doyle equalising for Bohs in the 33rd. At the time of writing, the match remains level.
The fourth and final quarter final takes place at the Brandywell tomorrow, where Derry City take on Sligo Rovers.
