Cork Constitution retained their position at the top of the AIL Division One today with a 29-26 away win at Clontarf.
In what was a good day for the leading teams, second-placed Shannon and third-placed Buccaneers also won, recording victories over St Mary's and Ballymena respectively.
Buccs defeated the Northerners 23-17 at home, while Shannon travelled to St Mary's to notch up their 13-34 win.
Elsewhere, Belfast Harlequins won 33-16 at Dolphin, UCD were defeated 22-18 at Garryowen, Blackrock College defeated Dungannon 27-16 and Carlow and Lansdowne drew 24-24.
