The row over which of two Co Kildare couples are entitled to a winning Lotto ticket worth £1.65 million (€2.1 million) has not yet been resolved, the High Court was told yesterday.
Mr Justice Kearns put back the case for mention to Friday next, the last day of the present law term.
The legal proceedings were initiated by Mr George and Ms Patricia Murray, Millbrook, Naas, Co Kildare against An Post National Lottery company and Mr Ray Bates, director of the National Lottery.
