Pale - The Bosnian Serb constitutional court held a second day of deliberations yesterday on the legality of a decision by the republic's embattled president, Ms Biljana Plavsic, to dissolve parliament. Ms Plavsic, who is locked in a bitter feud with hardliners over control for the Serb-run half of Bosnia, dissolved parliament on July 3rd after deputies baulked at her dismissal of the hardline interior minister.
