Craddock, who agreed a three-year deal, is the thirddefender to join Wolves since they won the first division playoff final to earn promotion after Ukrainian Oleg Luzhny from Arsenal and Nigeria's Isaac Okoronkwo.
Wolves also said that they had pulled out of aproposed deal to bring 19-year-old Cameroon goalkeeper Carlos Kameni to the midlands club following doubts over the player's commitment.
