A man in his mid 40s has died following a fire at a house in Ballyhagan, Co Kildare, in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The alarm was raised at the house in Ballyhagan in Carbury, Co Kildare, at about 3.30am. There were no other people injured in the blaze.
Gardaí are investigating the fire but are not treating the incident as suspicious.
