Mr Cullen said total of €433.986 million represented €4,346 for every kilometre of non-national road in the State.
Schemes to benefit from the funding include the Lusk bypass, the Naas Ring Road, Enfield-Edenderry Road, the Castletroy distributor roads, the Trim-Dublin Improvement Scheme, the South Dublin Outer Ring Road, the Tramore Ring Road, the Wicklow Town Relief and Port Access Road, the Ballybeg Road, Waterford and the Outer Ring Road, also in Waterford.
