The State has been granted two days for depositions in the case of Mrs Catherine Nevin, who is accused of murdering her husband at their public house in Co Wicklow last year. Dublin District Court heard that three days had been set aside last month in the case, but this hearing had had to be abandoned because counsel for the State, Mr Tom O'Connell, was in England giving evidence in the Gilligan case.
Mrs Catherine Nevin (46) is accused of murdering her husband, Tom, on March 19th last year at Jack White's Inn in Arklow.
Judge William Earley remanded the defendant on continuing bail to appear again for the depositions on February 3rd.
