Shares in DCC fell marginally in trading on the Dublin market this afternoon after the Director of Corporate Enforcement said his office does not propose to take any proceedings against the firm.
The Iseq index of leading shares was down 27.78 points to 3,080.39 at 2.05pm.
Shares in the business support services company were down 1 per cent or 27 cents to €20.75.
Meanwhile, Fyffes was up almost 5 per cent or 2 cents to €0.46.
Banks were mixed with AIB up 1 cent to €1.49, Bank of Ireland down 5 cents to €1.47 and Irish Life and Permanent down 21 cents to €3.73.
In the construction sector, heavyweight CRH was down 8 cents to €18.14, while Grafton lost 13 cents to €3.03 and Kingspan and McInerney were both flat at €6.50 and €0.20 respectively.
Other movers on the index today included Conroy Diamonds and Gold which rose 23 per cent after if announced that it has produced positive gold results in Co Amagh.
