A 56 year old Department of Health vet charged with handling cattle health certificates with intent to commit a crime was further remanded by the Dublin District Court yesterday.
Mr Colm Fox, of Church Street, Skerries, Co Dublin, is charged with handling the cattle health certificates at Monasterboice, Co Louth, with intent to commit a crime on January 10th last.
In court yesterday, Det Garda Gerry Nohilly applied six week adjournment, saying it would take that time to complete all investigations. Mr Fox's solicitor, Mr Garret Sheehan, said his client consented to this.
Judge Terence Finn remanded Mr Fox on continuing bail of £10,000 to appear again before the court on June 11th.
