A diver has died while filming a sunken German U-boat off the coast of Donegal yesterday.
He was one of a group diving around 16 miles off Malin Head yesterday afternoon when he got into difficulties while surfacing. Efforts by other members of the team to bring him to the surface were unsuccessful.
The diver who died is understood to have been from Dublin and in his 40s. His name has not yet been released.
Efforts to recover his body will begin today.
