The Archbishop of Armagh, Dr Sean Brady, on Tuesday `warmly welcomed' the condemnation by a representative group of Orange Order chaplains who, in a statement, had condemned the murder of the Quinn children in Ballymoney.
He warmly welcomed their expression of deep sorrow "that so many have been intimidated out of their homes and that several of our churches have been burned. I thank them for this courageous and generous statement which hopefully will become a significant step on the road to building a new relationship. "The blame does not lie all on one side. I unreservedly condemn the arson attacks on a Church of Ireland church and on Orange halls in recent days."
