Drugs worth €280,000 seized in Kildare

Cocaine worth €280,000 was seized in Co Kildare last night.

Gardaí from Carlow seized the four-and-a-half kilograms of the drug on the Athy Road, Castledermot.

Two men were arrested. The drugs are estimated to have a street value of €280,000.
