Gardaí have recovered substantial quantities of cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis during a number of searches in the Tallaght area of west Dublin last night.
The street value of the drugs seized is estimated at around €420,000.
The planned search of a premises at the Westend Gate apartments was carried out at around 7.30pm by members of the Tallaght Garda District Drugs Unit.
In addition to the drugs and drug-dealing paraphenalia, a Garda spokesman said officers discovered 10 kilos of an unidentified substance which is yet to be analysed.
There were no arrests but gardaí said they were following a direct line of enquiry.
Sinn Féin's justice spokesman Aengus Ó Snodaigh welcomed the seizures, which he said showed the need for extra resources for Garda Drugs Units.
