Lecturer Peter Ronan compares notes with his colleague, Michael O'Connor, about the similarity of the student's answers with model answers.

Student is interviewed as part of the internal inquiry and admits taking model answers from the office of his father, Gerry O'Loughlin, photocopying them and replacing the original scripts.

Examination Board suspends the student from exams for two years.

TUI accepts the college's that the former High Court judge, Rory O'Hanlon, conducts an independent inquiry into the incident.
