The National Training and Development Institute, part of the Rehab Group, is Ireland's largest non-governmental training organisation, specialising in training and development services for people with disabilities.
More than 2,000 people with disabilities are provided with services by NTDI annually. The 190 courses are all recognised by external bodies such as the Department of Education and Science, CERT, Teagasc, City and Guilds, Pitman's Examining Institute, NCVA, FAS, St Patrick's College Maynooth and the University of Cambridge.
There are no entry requirements for NTDI courses and no fees. Applicants must be over 16 years, be eligible under the European Social Fund and be approved by the National Rehabilitation Board. Numeracy, literacy and other support services are provided.
