GIVE yourself and your class a treat and go to the 10th Dublin French Film Festival. Two films from the programme have been made available for school screenings at the Irish Film Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin. Toto le heros La Haine will both be accompanied by an introduction and a postscreening discussion.
Toto le heros, winner of the 1991 Palme d'Or at Cannes, will be screened next Monday at 10.30 a.m. and tomorrow week at 10.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. , about three disaffected youths from the Parisian high-rise slums, caused uproar on release in 1995. It will be screened next Tuesday 8th at 10.30 a.m. and on Friday, December 11th, at 10.30 a.m. Admission is £2 per student and £3.50 for all others.
