Any teacher who is interested in "the convergence of public libraries and the arts" is invited to a one-day conference on Wednesday, November 26th, in Dublin. Organised by An Chomhairle Leabharlanna, it is intended to give all those interested in the development and promotion of arts in the 317 libraries around the State an opportunity to articulate their views.
