St Columba's College talks on William Trevor
William Trevor's old school, St Columba's College in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16, is celebrating the author's 80th birthday with a talk by Ian Steepe on Trevor's work and connection with St Columba's. It will take place in the college at 8pm next Monday, preceded by refreshments in the main house at 7pm, and a tour of the college's old buildings at 7.30pm.
