Up to 10,000 graduates and third-level students are expected to attend a careers fair in UCD in October. Employers from Ireland and around the world will be there to recruit graduates for software companies, professional bodies, business, finance and consultancy groups, colleges offering post-graduate studies and communications and IT businesses.

This year's fair is organised jointly by The Irish Times, AIB, the Association of Graduate Careers Services in Ireland and AIESEC, an international student body spread across 800 campuses in 87 countries. AIESEC, in Ireland for 40 years, provides training and practical experience to members.

The fair, in the UCD Sports Centre on Thursday, October 22nd, will be open, free of charge, to all third-level students.
