The work of students from St Mary's Secondary School in Rathmore, Co Kerry, is on view at the Gallery of Photography, Temple Bar, Dublin, until the end of May. It appears alongside the work of photographer Padraig Murphy, who was artist in residence at the school last year. Under his guidance, the students - who started out wanting to learn how to make a "proper photo" - realised that photography is "a powerful medium for communicating one's own personal view of the world".
