Grainne Burke, Transition Year student on why St Raphaela's is the best
"I love St Raphaela's. I know that some people have prejudices against schools that don't charge fees. We get a bad rep. I do find myself having to stick up for my school.
"The results here are the same. This is a small school, where we are all looked after and we all go for what we want, whether it's college or something else.
"The student life here is great. I am involved in the student council, I represent my class and we fund raise for various charities and run awareness campaigns and other events in the school.
"If students have a problem they can address it through the council. It's a great way to get our voices heard by the staff and management and they do listen. I'm very happy in my school and proud of what we do. I have friends in private schools and not all of them can say the same."
