There have been explosions at a Spanish Embassy building and a Colombian consulate building in the Venezuelan capital of Caracas.
A reporter heard an explosion at a technical sub-office of the Spanish embassy in the east of the capital today.
The gate of the building was damaged by the blast; across the street, windows of another building were blown in.
"It punched a hole in the wall surrounding the building," he said.

Police said there had also been an explosion at a Colombian consulate building in another part of the capital.
There were no immediate reports of injuries and it was not clear what had caused the explosions.
