The Football Association today charged Leicester City midfielder Robbie Savage with improper conduct for using the referee's toilet before a Premiership match.

The incident happened before the 2-2 draw with Aston Villa on April 20th and was included in match referee Graham Poll's official report.

Savage claimed he was forced to use it because he suffered a stomach upset in a reaction to antibiotics he was using.
