London - The first Argentinian visitors to fly into the Falkland Islands since the 1982 conflict complained yesterday they received a "hostile" reception.
Visiting Argentinian journalists said they received intentionally shoddy treatment at the airport as officials tried to remind them "who lost the war".
The Buenos Aires daily paper La Nacion yesterday said: "If what they wanted was to show us from the very beginning who is in charge in the islands, and to remind us once again that we lost the war, they certainly succeeded."
