The son of drugs dealer Tony Felloni - jailed for 20 years last week - has been remanded in custody to October 10th for sentence by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on heroin dealing charges. Luigi Felloni (23) pleaded guilty to importing and possessing £19,000 worth of heroin for supply at Dublin Airport on May 22nd, 1995.
He also pleaded guilty to two further charges of possessing smaller amounts of heroin for supply.
Judge Cyril Kelly requested a probation report and said from reading the probation report on the defendant's father, his preference would be that they be held in different prisons. The son was taken into custody last Monday and appeared in court on foot of a bench warrant.
