British police sealed off an area around Kings Cross station in central London today after a fire on the top of a doubledecker bus.
A van from the bomb disposal unit was sent to the scene as a precaution, but police said later there was nothing supicious in the small fire.
A spokesman for Transport For London (TFL), which oversees the city's transit network, said the alert was on "a number 205 bus in the vicinity of Kings Cross".
